There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better. They came to investigate the sound of running water. The leak simply couldn't be found without ripping up large parts of the house, which we all agreed should be done by a dedicated builder instead. However the investigation was as thorough as I could have expected, they didn't charge me the full call-out as they couldn't address the problem, and were good enough to write a report for my insurance company. Very professional, will go straight back to them in future.
