A slight underestimation in the time required to carry out the work and the materials required, resulting in a last minute change of work schedules to accommodate the work being finished the following day. The guys were great, really helpful (I asked a lot of questions!) and they turned up when they said they would, working through some pretty awful weather. Can't rate them highly enough and would definitely use them again. They also bailed us out of a tight spot when the fencing supplier let us down with 24hrs to go before the job started. A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.
