I chose to go with Kieran because although he did not have any ratings after meeting him I could tell that he would do I good job and is passionate about his work. He kept within the budget and time and the end result was fantastic. I will definately be recommending Kieran to my friends and family and hope to use him again should we need any plastering doing. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote.
