George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. Completed resurfacing outside our business premises in December. The work was carried out promptly. BUT after a few months the surface started breaking down. A call was made. The contractor came, looked and said sorry but the work was for domestic purpose not business. It is blatantly obvious that this is a side road and as such will be used more than in a domestic situation. I have not seen him since. I would not have any work done by this company again.

Sam and his team did a great job with a full rewire of a house for me. They have done everything I asked at a reasonable price even with a couple of small changes during the job. I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. He is a pleasant, keen and skilful handyman but he is not an experienced or qualified gardener. He cut my hedge very nicely and was willing to do anything I asked but I did not feel that I could confidently leave my plants in his hands and that he would know when to do whatever was needed. I am not sure but I think that he prefers handyman work to gardening.

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

Giles quickly surveyed the job, gave me a firm quote and stuck to it, even tho' he had to get some more turf to finish the job. He raked off and prepared the ground in double-quick time and the turf was laid by mid afternoon. Job done! And done quickly which was what I wanted.
