I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. Sam was great - he co-ordinated with our plumber as he was fitting flooring, arrived on time and even went to get additional items on my behalf. They came to investigate the sound of running water. The leak simply couldn't be found without ripping up large parts of the house, which we all agreed should be done by a dedicated builder instead. However the investigation was as thorough as I could have expected, they didn't charge me the full call-out as they couldn't address the problem, and were good enough to write a report for my insurance company.
