R & T were instructed to refurbish the exterior of our listed building windows & guttering. We had never dealt with them before and found them on ratedpeople.com so we were unsure. I really couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. I needed a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, d/s toilet and a laundry room tiling. Most floors and walls and all with either porcelain tiles or granite. This was a huge job as part of a major extension. Not only did Matt provide an excellent quality service and a great value, but flexibility and adaptability to work around other tradesman, responding quickly to changes in schedules and delays. Absolutely highly recommended and will use again for sure.

The guys were great, really helpful (I asked a lot of questions!) and they turned up when they said they would, working through some pretty awful weather. Can't rate them highly enough and would definitely use them again. They also bailed us out of a tight spot when the fencing supplier let us down with 24hrs to go before the job started. John took care of it and the job got sorted in the time frame they said they would. Overall - excellent. Definitely would use again.

A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away. I can't rate this company high enough Martin and his wife did a first rate job I had 2 ceilings down due to a header tank leak He took the remainder of the ceilings down then boarded out skimmed insulated and decorated in 5 days the finished job was outstanding The price was very competitive I would recommend this company to anybody Also Martin and his wife were lovely people genuine and nothing was too much trouble for them A very professional company

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.
