James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
