The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

This guy can certainly tile a bathroom,any vanity units you want putting in Rich is your man,trustworthy,hardworking ,tea milk no sugar,jobs a goodun,one negative just make sure your tiles match perfectly cos if he doesn't notice them straight away and you do after fitting he won't replace without extra charge.Does extra mosaic tiling too just ask he won't bite :)

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Welcome to LWR Property Services Profile. I cover a wide range of services and complete them to a very high standard. I work mostly on my own and have very little overheads as I am a very small company meaning my prices are relatively low compared to your "bigger" companies with more overheads. I have good relationships with suppliers meaning I can usually get you the same product, cheaper. Yes, I pass on the discount to the customer! Which is probably one of the bigger reasons why I am usually a cheaper option. Yes, being on my own (most of the time, depends on the size of the job) can mean jobs take slightly longer I have to admit however, I promise you will get the same standard of job, if not better for less cost to you. I am very confident at what I do. It is all I have ever done since leaving school and I do take great pride in the work I do, if I am not 100% confident that I can give you a great result, I simply won't do it and will recommend someone who can for example, cutting a stone worktop. Something I do not have the equipment to do. Doing a good job is important to me because if I don't, you'll give me a bad review and in turn, lose potential work. That is something a very small, local tradesman like myself simply can't afford. Roy and his son arrived and began work immediately. They cut back my extremely overgrown shrubs and ivy so the fencing could once more be seen and I have gained about three feet extra in garden space. All the cuttings were taken out of the garden and put into their vehicle, leaving the rear garden free of debris and any twigs/leaves left on the drive were removed. A good job well done.

I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

I reiterate that less than a third of the job was completed and half the money was paid. This was not a payment plan issue as you wanted a small amount to cover fuel on starting the job and the balance at completion - a third of the moneys were given at the start and further funds were given after a week, although the work was no where near completion. You then made several excuses as to why you did not turn up and finally let me down completely. i stand by my original comment whole heartily HIRE AT RISK
