I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. Ryan Cohen, DO NOT USE this plumber as he is untrustworthy & uncommuniative, I paid him a substantial deposit and no work has been done to fit Central Heating. I have been unable to get my deposit back & don't get any replies to my messages. I also gave him the option of still doing the job with no response. We had a boiler and central heating system installed, as well as the removal of an old system plus gas heaters. Very pleased with the work and quality of parts. The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. The good points: they came when they said they would; they sorted out out minor problems quickly such as roses for the radiator pipes; workmanship satisfactory. The bad points: they damaged our granite hearth; attempted a glued repair without informing us; we noticed 3 weeks later; denied doing any damage; apparently our problem for not mentioning it earlier; I suggest that you closely watch the workmen. Would we use them again; NEVER!
