The price seems very reasonable to me and there were no unexpected costs. Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.

The good points: they came when they said they would; they sorted out out minor problems quickly such as roses for the radiator pipes; workmanship satisfactory. The bad points: they damaged our granite hearth; attempted a glued repair without informing us; we noticed 3 weeks later; denied doing any damage; apparently our problem for not mentioning it earlier; I suggest that you closely watch the workmen. Would we use them again; NEVER!
