A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. Excellent job, the quality of windows is superb, the guys worked clean and tidy after the completion of the work. The price is reasonable, however, we had to change from white to brown colour and this made it a bit more costly, but really nice windows and a sliding balcony door, great gold chrome handles and locks. Lots of neighbours were asking for the tradesman. 1 year after installation a small sill needed a fix, they came straight away. Would highly recommend them.

This was a small job and i didn't know if anyone would be interested. However, John got in touch and turned up on time. He had a look at what needed to be done and gave me a quote. I considered this to be acceptable. He then started work and had the job finished in just over an hour. My only suggestion to the highly skilled Tomas is that it might be a good idea in future to let clients, who do not share his expertise, know what else could/should be done to make the final result absolutely perfect. From day one We were very impressed by level of work offered by this company and its workers. We were given a quote on what would be the price for main work and this was followed. Any extras apart of course. The two workers that came to do the job were extremely clean, making sure all other areas of the house were protected, especially our brand new floor, which they covered with hard duty plastic to ensure it would not be damaged. The workers were extremely knowledgeable of what they had to do, and were also open for suggestions from both me and my wife. Whenever we wanted to change something on the work, they would gladly raise to the challenge. The end result was a Walking Shower Room fit for a 5 star hotel. The attention to detail was second to none, and the way on which the workers conducted themselves was extremely professional and very friendly. I will definitely use them again for already planned work on exterior door and internal bits the wife is already planning to do. I would recommend this company any time and would gladly open my house for viewing if needed. We are extremely happy with this trader and the excellent work provided.
