The work was spot on, consistent with quote and that in itself makes him highly recommendable. griffin builders were flexible as the job went along. We made changes as we went along and he was absolutely fine with that. I have always seen him calm and willing to give advise and go out of his way to get us samples, etc. Never was he ever flustered and always in a good mood. He was always calm and approachable . Very good attitude and did an excellent job with no cutting corners. He had pride in his work and maintained high standards throughout. His knowledge of hard landscaping is second to none.

Complete bathroom / shower room / cloack room refurb. Job wasn't done by Voytek himself and so we had issues, HOWEVER Voytek provided a first class after care and resolved ALL our issues to high standard at no additional cost!. Very reliable and honest, which is very hard to say about any tradesman after a job is completed. I would recommend Voytek no problem.

Decorator subsequently had difficulty removing the silicone sealant fixing new sink to old tiles. Would have been good for the two tradespeople to have spoken. I did provide telephone numbers but no direct instruction to liaise. I was supervising this job remotely as it was in a private room of a care home. From initial no pressure quote which was the most reasonable by far out of all the quotations received, to the tradesmen who were extremely polite, tidy and completed all the work in a professional manner and on time and finally to the followup aftercare service provided by the foreman to make sure all was well and leak free (which we were and still are) and even arranged to fit and replace a few loose and broken tiles outside of the original agreed job. Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it!
