Simon did my dormer repair for a good price, when he said he would do it, which was within the week, and left the site clean and tidy. He also took photos so I could see the work. The work was carried out in an awkward/difficult area hard to access to a high standard. Simon was responsive when contacted and easy to communicate with. Replaced the lead that had dropped off; fitted two cowls & in the process found an old broken tile (fixed that too). I then discussed an ongoing guttering issue I had (I was being given the run-around by another builder); he just did it!
