AVOID Adil is a smooth talker who hasn't got a clue about work in the industry. Employed to refurbish a full house. A SUMMARY of issues follows. 1 - Plastering done is uneven. 2 - Did not allow plaster to dry before painting walls so already peeling off. 3 - Found number of areas where holes had been left, and had these not been pointed out would have been left. 4 - Wood not sanded before painting, incl. new skirting boards. 5 - Threats when I refused to pay!

Arrived 2hkurs early for estimating visit. I was not dressed. Then tried to tell me that to mean guttering one had to remove it. Rubbish. I worked in housing so know better. Also very high quote so not interested in this trader.

Robert from K and B building services made multiple calls to make an initial appt with us. We agreed a time and date. He didn’t even turn up for the first meeting to quote or even discuss the job! How are these people allowed to sell their services on these types of sites. Absolutely shocking !
