I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. I ha been having issues with my shower for MONTHS with it constantly flickering between hot and cold! I had already called BritishGas, Affinity Water and multiple other trades and I just needed someone to look and and fix my issue! Brendan turned up exactly on schedule, was courteous and even took his shoes off. He got straight to work and after fetching a part, had the shower fixed within a matter of hours! Absolute GODSEND! Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Unusual job, but I discussed it with Mark who was accommodating and completed a good job quickly and conveniently.

Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!

Gaby is great and I strongly recommend him. I found him to be extremely reliable, exceptionally capable, a very tidy and clean workman, honest, fair and very reasonable in his costings. I also think that he can turn his hand to a lot of different jobs. Gaby installed complicated stair handrails on three floors and did a terrific job. One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.
