I cannot fault Wayne's approach to his trade. He quoted the job at a very reasonable rate which I cross-checked and accepted. He also offered to do the job in my absence and didn't insist I paid up front. The job was completed on time and to a high standard. Wayne kept me informed of progress and proved to be a reliable, honest and trustworthy bloke. In fact, I was that impressed that I got him to quote for another job; which was also completed to a very high standard.

The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. A garden wall needed repairing at an awkward junction with a neighbour's wall, where our coping stones had come loose and the blocks crumbled. Adam picked up the job promptly and turned up, with a colleague, the next day to complete the repair. The wall is now secure and looks neater. They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.

Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.

Chris and his mate replastered my lounge & dining room walls in October last year, they also skimmed the ceilings, they did an excellent job and were great at cleaning up as they went along. I would defnitely recommend them and intend to use them again myself later this year.
