Excellent work, Ben is very good at letting you know what is happening. I am glad I followed his recommendation of a wooden loft ladder, it is much easier to pull down than the aluminium versions and sturdier to walk up. The loft is now well insulated and floored. Mark and Aaron did a great job. The garden was like a swamp before they started, they had sub zero temperatures, ice, snow and frozen turf to deal with but it was finished to a high standard and on time, they cleared everything up after they had finished and took all the rubbish away.
