We had our front garden fence removed and replaced with a brick wall. The finished result looks amazing. I’m so happy with it. The staff were courteous and professional and worked super hard and efficiently. The whole job took a week which was faster than expected. They left everything clean and tidy. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Some of the work was good like the trimming of the shrub and bushes. The weeding was hopeless as they have not been pulled up by the roots and some of it was not touched at all. Some of my plants were trampled on and the rose stems forcefully pushed through the obelisk were broken in their hurry to finish by five. Agreed price in written quote went through everything agreed to return to discuss start date 24/04 did not turn up tried calling /texting no reply, Then finally got hold of them using partners number, they agreed to come and chat, When they turned up we were told that there is a " Forum of Bad Payers " and we are on it, We could have given them about 10 different tradesman whom worked on this project all of which would vouch for us. Forum does not exist according to others do not rely on.

Will not be using again. Very disappointed with results. Initially, it looked a lot tidier than it had been but, after returning from Hospital and seeing the reality of what had been done, I was very disappointed. My Strawberry Plants had disappeared, my Pear Tree Blossom had disappeared, my Aquilegia had been replanted and was now dead, my Lawn Rake had been broken it two and hidden. The £280 I spent was a waste as it should have been for what I can only describe as the destruction of my Garden

Mikel is a very hard and honest worker. He understands what he is doing and despite the complexity of the job, which was not only the fencing I had instructed him to do through this site, but a complete refurbishment of the garden including a lot of natural stonework .It was not an easy job. As to the previous person who complained about Mikel -well there has just been enormous storms and fencing was hard to get and all the cheap stuff was gone. I have no hesitation in recommending Mikel .

Please do not use these people. Highly over charged for parts, which turned out to be completely unsuitable. They agreed to refund but I have now been waiting 2 weeks and no refund in sight. Wouldn't even give one star, but it doesn't give me the choice.

Unable to rate because he did call and give a quote but unfortunately did not turn up for an appt to discuss the plans in more detail. All my attempts to get him to contact me by phone/email were not responded to so I was left with with no option but to look for someone else. These tradesmen, no better than diyers! Carl dismissive of any constructive advice. Due to ill health. couldn't finish project.Charged me £3,500 for work not completed. On site mon- we'd approx 15hrs , laid 72 blocks, 88bricks to pillars. No show thurs-Fri. supplied 60 blocks/ 5 bags cement/20 bags sand. Didn't use string line/ laser line/ plumb line/ set square. Absolutely atrocious bricklaying. Every time they say their delivering, no show! Very untrustworthy don't hire

Good communication, turned up on time. Fitting was atrocious - five hours fitting a stair carpet, which was left with holes, not stretched or properly attached. He didn't know how to fit turns or curves. Our woodwork was damaged badly with his knife. When I politely pointed these things out, he collected his tools and left without taking payment and said that he "hadn't wanted to do the job anyway" despite the fact he viewed before and quoted. Carpet may have to be replaced. Very stressful/awkward.

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.
