after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.

Matt's team did a full slate re-roof for me including removing a chimney stack and fitting a velux window. Matt replies quickly to emails and texts with clear answers. Matt and his team were very polite and considerate at all times. All of the details were done as I asked and nothing was too much trouble. Not enough space to write the full review I would like to give. Gary and Sheldon have transformed my outside space.They cleared an extremely overgrown back garden and landscaped with gravel and laid a new patio.The front garden and drive have been block paved,the garden slope reduced and a front door step made to make access easier as I have arthritis. Jordi fitted a floor to ceiling bookcase in our living room. He has surpassed my expectations in everyway. He turned up on time, was polite and most importantly did a fantastic job. He fitted the bookcase and managed to find some skirting board to match my existing so that it's completely build in. Dealt with Peter, really good communication throughout, nothing was a bother. Came and quoted the same day as contacting me. collected worktops and templated, returned and installed a couple of days later. Installation appeared trouble free and the end result was amazing! looks like a single piece of worktop even though it had to be joined. He turned up and was very knowledgable, and when the quote came in was happy to discuss changing aspects of the job.
