After completing the work I requested a receipt for the cash and was told it would be in the post and he couldn't sign one now. Still no receipt or contact after almost 4 weeks. A follow up was promised with extra things they could attach to the windows to prevent whistling and to confirm work was satisfactory, they never returned. Good start disappointing finish.

This was despite very adverse weather conditions which caused several pauses in the process to avoid the risk of frost affecting the work.The brickwork appears to be of a very high standard.
