John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Excellent communication, really good value, the quote was very reasonable - replacing 3 blown double glazed units. Simon was extremely personable, very reliable and did a fantastic quality job. He was also able to pull in another job and quote at the same time to replace 3 blown double units in my Mum's conservatory. I would definitely go back o Guilford Windows for any further work and have already recommended his services to both my Auntie and my father-in-law.

Absolutly delighted with the wallpapering carried out by Alan Francis. Reliable, very friendly and a very skilled tradesman. He was always on time and left our home clean and tidy when finished. One of the jobs we asked Alan to do was to hang a mural in our sons bedroom which was very awkward and hard but Alan made it look easy and it looks fantastic, our son was delighted. Can not recommend Alan highly enough and would definatly use him again and will tell all our friends and family to use him too.

Probuild handled all the planning aspects on our behalf and his workmen were polite, cheerful and above all really knew what they were doing. This guy can certainly tile a bathroom,any vanity units you want putting in Rich is your man,trustworthy,hardworking ,tea milk no sugar,jobs a goodun,one negative just make sure your tiles match perfectly cos if he doesn't notice them straight away and you do after fitting he won't replace without extra charge.Does extra mosaic tiling too just ask he won't bite :)
