Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.

Simon Powell provided a very reasonable quote for the supply and installation of a new boiler, and took the time to investigate different options for locating the boiler in my house. He always turned up when he said he would, worked hard for all the time he was at my house and was thoroughly professional. He also cleaned up the work area at the end of each day and was always good-natured. I would recommend him and his work anytime.

Michael was asked to do one job and has since been asked to decorate the whole house. He is extremely punctual and reliable. He tidies up and leaves the room as he found it. The quotes have been very competitive. Michael is amiable and a very fast worker. I feel completely at ease with him in the house, this is a good recommendation as I hate having workmen in the house. What can I say? I was slightly sceptical and didn’t expect too much but I was very much mistaken. The service we received from these guys was A1. From entering the details onto the website I was contacted via email and text message within minutes. I was then contacted, within 15 minutes , by Ideal roofing and building to make an appointment for the very next morning. Two very friendly guys arrived as scheduled, did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was actually a pleasure. Friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced.
