There was no fault in his commitment to get the job done within the asked timescale to even staying until 9pm to get it done. 4 weeks later and everything is still working. Work is guaranteed. We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent.
