I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Came along quickly to complete the job, which we are very pleased with. In fact he managed to get the job done quicker than expected. The nice smooth ceilings look so much better than the previous silk painted artex, and a difficult job was made easy with his expertese. Simon is very very good, he not only sorted our gutters, but realised that the company we used last had left a lot of moss and rubbish in the gutters and in the valleys on the roof. Simon replaced our broken tiles, repointed our ridge tiles, and did a treatment to stop the moss coming back. Every bit was cleaned he even did our patio. Would highly recommend. All work is under a written guarantee for seven years. Worth every penny.

This chap needs to go back to Plumbing college and then spend a couple of years as an apprentice before going out on his own again. Unprepared for the job (despite being given a photographic brief), no rawlplugs, no waste pipe clips, no toilet waste pipe, no extension lead, no dust pan and brush etc etc. Toilet leaked two days after he 'finished' the job. Couldn't face having him back.
