There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. The contractor responded the same day,by visiting the property and estimated the work required. Work was carried out and completed the following day, all waste was removed and area cleared up afterwards. After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.

From the start, they helped with the planning, and in the build itself frequently went beyond what was expected, finding innovative solutions to the quirks in my house's pipework.
