Did a fabulous job on my back yard concrete patio which was crumbling in places and needed levelling. Also suggested adding another step to a rather steep step in place already which made perfect sense and he did a great job with that too. Took 1 day and sent photos of the site after work. Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.

Kes installed my new kitchen, boxed pipes and changed the front door lock! He was very polite hard working and gave a very competitive price and has extreme attention to detail!. A very trustworthy individual and reliable. It took a total of 3 days for Kes to install the kitchen to an amazing standard. One day he worked flat out from 9am to 9:30pm to get the job done! I had to call Sean to fix a bad job done by a previous plumber. It was a difficult job as he had to fix a few issues created by the previous person. I had cheaper quotes, but Islington replied first and worked on a Sunday. Punctual and worked hard. Two Gripes, one while installing the fuse box, moved my alarm control and lost a screw (but didn't tell me) - so I had issues getting the alarm working. Two didn't completely clean up the mess, left me to bin waste, minor Yes would use again, as work was accurate and logical, which you need with electrics, came across as highly competent, labelled all the wires so nothing got lost (except the screw)

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss.
