Had Grant quote for laying 3 rooms with carpet and underlay and 2 rooms with vinyl. Grant was extremely helpful and knowledge and a very competitive price. I had booked a date but needed it brought forward at rather short notice but that was no problem for Grant. He organised everything and arrived on time, was professional and had the flooring laid in a great time, his assistant was polite and professional too. Would highly recommend his company and have passed his details onto family and friends already.

Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. I can't rate Magic Builders highly enough, they are really reliable and professional and take a huge amount of care in what they do. I would recommend they to anyone and I have asked them to do more work for me as they did such a good job initially.

Radiators also painted. Very happy with finish. Adam was the cheapest quote but it was his manner that i liked best as quotes were close. Would contact Adam again.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Chris was a great find as a tiler.....we were having our kitchen, entrance hall and toilet done in a highly polished porcelain tile with grey/black grout. Chris was very polite and appeared exactly when he said he would. The job took exactly how long he said it would (including him arranging for a plumber to come and take out the toilet and sink) He cleaned up after himself and left the place spotless each day and the job cost exactly what he said it would. Other people "know a tiler" and now so do we......We wouldn't think of using anyone other than Chris.

(He would not accept payment until i viewed and confirmed satisfaction with the work. A lovely surprise! He even came back after I had a change of mind and wanted another row of tiling in the kitchen and only asked petrol money. I would highly recommend.
