We changed our plans on a daily basis and he adapted and fitted round what we were doing. We certainly feel that we had a fully professional job undertaken. Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Jack came to Dovestone Holiday Park to supply and fit 9 isolators to our hot tubs. He turned up when agreed and was flexible as he could only fit the isolators when our cabins were empty. He workmanship was great, very neat and tidy. he kept me up to date with the installation and we are going to use jack for all our future electrical works on the park.
