With 42 years experience in the building trade with a distinction in bricklaying and plastering I have built 100s of houses and extensions including porcelain paving/kitchen supply and fitting, I also do very wide range of work from fencing up to drainage works . Luxury vinyl tile is fast taking over from laminate and ceramic tiles due to no laminate warping or grout cracking but it looks the exact same but more durable and longer lasting!
