Karl gave us confidence when he came to quote and we instructed him almost immediately, The job took about 7 working days and was completed more than satisfactorily and to the highest standard. I took a chance on Paul as he had no ratings but his price was good and he seemed like a nice guy and it paid off. Did a great job - tiles look fab and him and his mate worked really hard throughout the job. Also felt I could trust them enough to leave a key with them whilst I was at work. The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily.
