I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.

Honestly hard to believe how easy this was and how good Mamad and his team were. Posted job Sat, he came to quote Sun. Said he'd start on Weds at 9am. Started Weds at 9am. Said it would take 3 days - it took exactly 3 days. And gosh, do they work hard on those days - my neighbours even commented. Everything left neat/tidy at the end of each day. Paperwork and payment simple, transparent, honest. And, the finished result (a large composite deck) is perfect and high quality. Thank you so much - amazing job.
