From the start, they helped with the planning, and in the build itself frequently went beyond what was expected, finding innovative solutions to the quirks in my house's pipework. Lee gave us a very reasonable quote and arranged to do the work the following weekend. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and worked almost non-stop.
