Badly leaking flat garage roof. Responded quickly & came out quickly to look at the job. emailed same day with 3 options for repair. Turned up on agreed day at agreed time & stayed until work was completed. Cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. Had lots of rain since the job was finished and so far so good. Made a promise to come back immediately if I have any problems but hoping I don't need to :-) Based on my experience so far I would recommend and would use again.

Can't praise Steve and his folk highly enough - great communication beforehand, turned up when they said they would and cracked on with the job with no fuss. Steve's plastering is first rate, including some extra work that hadn't been quoted for. We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. We repair or replace all types of windows, doors and conservatories including Bi-fold doors, French doors, Patio doors, sash windows, casement windows, fanlight windows, roof windows etc. In our experience there is nothing we cannot repair. We can keep our costs down as we don’t have expensive sales and marketing in place. We rely greatly on word of mouth as this is the best form of advertising.

The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.
