There was a watermark around the inside of my Velux window which suggested a slow leak. Danny responded and agreed to come and look at it, he kept me informed about the day and time. He wasn’t able to do the repair on the day but provided me with a reasonable quote. He arrived to complete the work and again kept me informed about a change in the time. The work was done more quickly than he had anticipated and the price was revised down. A nice polite individual who I will have no hesitation in using again.
