John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. I'd highly recommend Alan and Kieron from ADK Building. They installed our bathroom to a very high standard from the plumbing through to tiling, installing underfloor heating and constructing custom made shelving to overcome a challenging job. Alan is very friendly, helpful and polite, he discussed the requirements in detail and any unforeseen problems were explained and dealt with. The work area was left clean and tidy each day.
Two Mills Property Services was started by myself, Mike Howard, in 2014. On 24th October 2016, I opened an account with Rated People. At the time of writing, I have undertaken 21 Rated People jobs since I signed up, with 18 ratings/reviews for those jobs. I currently have a total of 79 stars out of a possible maximum of 80 stars. Most of my first 18 reviews are for joinery work. One is for a Man and Van job. For 2019, I hope to secure staircase-related work; specifically, railing assemblies (balustrading). I can be flexible on times/days, evenings no problem. As for charges, hourly/daily rate or a written estimate, it depends on several factors, including the nature of the work and the extent to which the job has been assessed by myself. Free home visits are available for properties within about a five-mile radius of Chester city centre. Estimates are valid for 14 days. I prefer to communicate by email or some other written form. Trips to retailers, for materials: I generally don't charge a mark-up but I reserve the right to do so. I always present receipts to the homeowner. Disposal of discarded material: I do not currently have a licence so I'm unable to offer this service. But I've cut doors in half so that the pieces can be put into a car. Couldn’t of picked a better bathroom fitter. Clean, tidy and the bathroom looks unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend Keith enough. Ripped out entire old bathroom which was a bath/shower and reconfigured the layout and put a bath and a shower in. Our bathroom isn’t big but he’s made it feel massive. All re tiled. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result.
