The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows.
