2 people turned up about 6 weeks ago I explained what was required they measured up said they send me a quote but to date nothing has been heard from them. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.

Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!

Unreliable. He came to give quote and we agreed a date to start work. He didn't turn up, no communication from him. Kept saying he would turn up on various days then didn't. No communication. I booked holidays from work, so lost them. Eventually text me to say he will start the following week. No communication since them even though I have tried several times.
