We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. Ace in every way, would highly recommend Paul. He made 2 rooms into 1 for us and matched coving and picture rail, build cabinets to match existing. You would never realise it was two rooms. I had several very large bushes which I needed to be removed. When the team arrived to remove them we found that the trunks were much bigger than previously thought with roots growing under the paving stones. Haydn's team put a huge amount of effort into getting the job done and removed all the debris and garden rubbish that I had asked them to take. I hired Luke to lay a patio using Indian Sandstone which was not a simple job by any means. I had started the job myself but had serious problems and so I gave up. Luke responded quickly to my post and could start the job within a few days. Initially, I was wary because he did not have many reviews on here but I'm pleased to say he did a fantastic job. He was neat and tidy, always on time, he worked hard and was keen to get the job done properly (rather than quickly). I would definitely recommend Luke

Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.
