I used Epping Plastering having been contacted by them through this site. Having agreed a price the job was started. The price then changed as the job neared completion and the icing on the cake was them deciding to go on holiday for 2.5 weeks before the job was finished. When they did came back they were not best please and displayed their dissatisfaction in no uncertain terms. They still have my house keys and I am having to take legal action to get this matter resolved. Very unprofessional company.

After completing the work, this tradesman was not up to our expectations nor the spec that he quoted on. He under delivered on the quality and cut costly corners, only for us to pick up the pieces, cannot possibly recommend this tradesman!

The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman.
