External Rendering. Someone as had work done after ours and rated excellent? WELL! Poor job done and conded out of our hard earned money. Way out of his depth doing this sort of work. Did a runner with money for unfinished and poor job. Promised? to refund some monies but now says he has given up Plastering and Rendering. Blocked my calls and does not seem to have a conscience, and not seen any refund.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

Change of rating. Job was done in less than a day with 4 plasterers on site. We had problems with the finish and Ashley came back and worked for 2\3 hours but now that it has dried out and been painted we can see see marks and uneven surfaces everywhere. The plaster is so thin in places, some came off during painting leaving a mark. We took dado rail off and can still see marks where it had been. Hair line cracks the full length of the wall are also appearing.

I was very pleased with the work that was done, and he did a couple of extra jobs for me at the time. He was very easy to feel comfortable with, completely reliable and very clean whilst working. I didn't actually get another quote as I went with my gut instint as it was more important to get a good job. If I had any critisism, it would be that the job quote was for one week, but it actually only took just over two days.

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. Agreed a price of £85 for the service. Mr Griffiths arrived 50 mins late and pressed a reset button that I pointed out to him. He then told me he came out to get the rayburn going and NOT for a service as he would charge £200. He then had a good look around my home and priced up other work for and insisted on payment for the rayburn. I have been left £85 out of pocket, with a rayburn not working and very intimidated by the mannner this 'local' trademen operated. So upset I didnt leave the house for days.

I am sorry to say that after doing one job well for us Keith proved untrustworthy when we left him the key to our house to refurb the kitchen while we were on holiday. It seemed like a good idea. Wrong! The story is long and he has his 'excuses'. We felt let down and put at risk when he subcontracted all the work to people we didn't know, gave them our alarm code and left the key with them too. IF he does the work it's okay but we wouldnt dream of engaging him again. Sorry Keith.

Several neighbours have commented on how impressed they were with the work.Jason did not ask for any payment in advance and the final invoice was as quoted.
