Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. plastering chases job. spoke to him on the phone sounded good then when he got on the job. he started work. then sent me a text saying he as started then he as done 1 because he carnt get it done in one day. not even bothered to ring me and talk about the matter just left site then sent me a msg! very very not happy!
