NOT RECOMMENDED - Extremely disappointing experience. I posted an insurance-related job on 3 August 2025 with a clear two-week deadline to repair a severely damaged kitchen ceiling. Lee from L P Projects Ltd initially responded, but arranging a site visit was unnecessarily complicated. Despite securing the morning appointment he requested, he cancelled without notice and never followed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, and no quote provided. This lack of professionalism wasted valuable time.

After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time.
