After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with. Well what can you say about Steve? The fella is one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet. Polite and very easy to get on with. We posted the job, Steve replied, a couple of texts were sent and he came round to look at the job. Agreed a price and a day and he turned up on time. Talked you through the job, very clean worker and a great job done skimming a wall and ceiling. Steve advised us of the next process as well. This building firm have been fantastic from the day they gave the quote to doing the work to an excellent standard. Iva kept me updated throughout the work being completed. I didn't have to buy anything. I just went and took pictures of all the items i wanted from B&Q and they went and collected the items and paid for everything at that time. Jimmy and his assistant were asked to fix and plaster a kitchen ceiling, grout some shower tiles and render a porch. They were keen, professional and polite throughout. They arrived half an hour before the job, got on with the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption and cleaned up the mess before leaving.
