Perfect - is all I can say. Gave me a quote as part of an insurance claim. They are really diligent; hard working and actually did more than I expected them to do. They quoted 5 to 7 days to do the work but it suited us all for them to spend a couple of hours longer than normal to get the work done in 5 days rather than come back after the weekend. I'm thrilled. I'm hoping they'll come back again if/when I have more work for them. They'd be most welcome and I'd be assured of a great job.

After completing the work, this tradesman was not up to our expectations nor the spec that he quoted on. He under delivered on the quality and cut costly corners, only for us to pick up the pieces, cannot possibly recommend this tradesman!

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. booked ben and crew for a job. all seemed well, until suddenly they went awol on us.we have tried for 9 days to contact both ben&barry;, and despite leaving numerous text messages, voicemail messages,emails, and even a facebook message we have had no return contact whatsoever. until this point, they seemed very friendly and keen. with 2 days to go before work is supposed to start, we have been left in the lurch,as they obviously are not planning on showing up. could not recommend at all! very poor service!

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. There was one issue where I wanted more shelves put up on the wall, this was no problem for Damien, he went out to get the extra brackets needed and got the job done. Thank you :)

Paul has placed the images on the site, you will note, that the tiling should start in the centre of the room, I.e. By going from each corner and determining the centre point. U will also not, that Paul, keeps going on about the layout between the 2 doors, which isn't and never has been in dispute, despite me explaining this on sight and via email. The tiling in-between the two walls (not the doors) is not centred, you can clearly see this on the photos.

Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Rubbish took trader 3 weeks to clear, Finish in some places shoddy, work left unfinished as the job was rushed. Workman had to be asked to come back and finish the job. The plumber had to make radical alterations to the bath panel to compensate for the uneven finish of the end walls. I wish I had gone with the previous trader who was more expensive but came highly recommended !
