Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Very pleasant and reliable. Came on time for quote, provided quote in timely manner, we arranged the date and John and his mate came and did a lovely job of our patio: breaking up old concrete, laying new, then laying tiles. The work was clean and tidy and the tiles look nice.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. I cannot rate Tony and Gaynor highly enough. Not only did they do a supurb job, but even put right shoddy workmanship left by a previous contractor. They arrived on time every morning and never went home until they had cleared up leaving the house how they found it. As my husband and I are not "spring chickens" they moved furniture around and made sure that we had somewhere comfortable to sit in the evenings. I felt very comfortable with them being in my home and will certainly use them again.
