Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill. Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. I have fitted over 200 kitchens for these companies (and counting) and I can supply pictures and reviews for all of them. I have also fitted dozens of B&Q, Howdens, Wickes, and Homebase kitchens, as well as kitchens from other suppliers. I have over 15 years of experience in carpentry. I am very meticulous in my workmanship and I use the latest tools. Customers spend thousands of pounds on their kitchen, so the least they deserve is a kitchen fitter who will treat it with the utmost care and respect, which is what I do. The job was more difficult than either of us anticipated, plus we asked him to do a few extra bits not originally quoted for, but he just ploughed on until the job was done.
