Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. I am really please with the qualiy of the work that Andy and his team put into the landscaping of my garden. They listened to what I wanted and offered some useful enhancements. They were always friendly and left things pretty tidy at the end of each day. The additional bits I wanted added to the cost but thats to be expected (it was itemised) and it did improve on the overall apperance of the job. Most days they arrived as schedulled. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Dan worked long days to get the job finished on time and was always courteous and friendly. He was excellent value for money and provided all receipts for materials that he had bought. The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. This is the only plumber I have ever used that has actually turned up when he said he would. Not only that, but the service was excellent and he completed a 2 day job (new boiler and shower) in just 1 day! He even cleaned up after himself.
