Bogdan and Ben from RP Trades were brilliant. They quoted for a job involving painting walls and adding and painting skirting boards but can do many jobs around the house and garden. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard and until they finished the job and were great at clearing up after the work. They were two very nice, very friendly young men. Excellent, professional job undertaken by Ty and his guys Matt & John. Project was to remove existing tiling and then install new to kitchen, pantry & utility room. Old tiles & latexing done in one day, then new works completed in 1 & 1/2 days. Matt & John worked long days to complete the work in shortest possible timescale, and respected that works were being done in our home. Very considerate and tidy. Pricing was good value.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!
