John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

They said they had to inspect my property first! They unscrewed Electrical Sockets, and did not replace the screws. No work was done to my property. They did not come back, to complete any work. They took £180 of me for what? I have never used Rated People after that.

Mark is an excellent tradesaman. I needed a CCTV system that I had bought myself installing. Mark's quote for the job was very competitive. I had other quotes that were double Mark's quote!! The job was started at the agreed time and completed with timely efficiency. All waste was cleared from the site. I have no hesitation in using / recommending Mark's services again.

I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
