Liam is a very reliable and hardworking contractor. He assisted us with design ideas for our new kitchen and completed all work to a high standard. He gave us a very competitive rate and managed all work through the really terrible December 2010 weather, which caused our kitchen delivery to be set back almost 2 weeks. During this period he managed the other building and installation work ensuring everything was ready for the kitchen delivery. Despite the kitchen only being delivered on 21 Dec he worked right through to Christmas Eve, returning the day after boxing day to complete the kitchen installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Liam to our friends and family and will certainly consider him for any future work.
We cover all building works. However we specialise in plastering and brick/blockwork qualified bricklayer and plasterer 14 years experience public liabillty insurance and employer insurance.

Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. Even when one door proved difficult (leading to the job taking longer than he thought and eating into his weekend) he took great care with his work and didn't finish until he was completely happy with it. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
